1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GulfCalc (gulfcalc.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regional laws and regulations governing digital services within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing
All proprietary algorithmic logic, design systems, visual styling tokens, inline SVG graphic elements, and structured content on GulfCalc are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the calculators for personal evaluation or corporate internal HR estimations.
3. Prohibited Uses & Scraping Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or reverse engineering of the site layout or source code without explicit written authorization;
- Deploying malicious bots, automated stress-testing scripts, or denial-of-service exploits against the hosting infrastructure;
- Framing or white-labeling our proprietary calculators within external applications while masking the GulfCalc origin;
- Representing our mathematical estimates as official binding judicial determinations of any GCC ministry or court.
4. Informational Utility & Non-Reliance
GulfCalc provides automated mathematical calculations for informational and self-educational guidance only. While every algorithm is rigorously designed to mirror statutory formulas, employment contracts may contain specialized clauses, arbitration agreements, or non-standard exemptions that alter final legal entitlements. Always consult certified legal counsel or your local Ministry of Human Resources prior to executing binding terminal agreements.
5. Modifications to Service
GulfCalc reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any calculator, utility, or feature at any time without prior notice, in order to maintain continuous compliance with newly promulgated statutory decrees in GCC member states.
